The protective mat VAS 531 003 is used to protect the fins of the radiator during removal of the radiator fans on all vehicles of the Group.
- Protection of radiator fins during assembly work in engine compartment
- Protects against injury to fitter during assembly measures in engine compartment
- Scratch-free attachment of mat on front of vehicle by means of 2 tensioning straps with pull buckles
- Recess for bonnet lock in mat

The application is described in the relevant workshop manual.
